Asego
Asego is the trade name of Aceitunas Segóbriga, S.L. It has worked with olives in Segorbe since 1986, specialised in hospitality and retail, in large formats and in almost every olive variety.
It keeps the essence of a small artisan company together with the most modern packing machinery: one single 5,000 m² plant, with a processing and packing capacity of 15 tonnes a day.

From the best fields in Spain
At harvest time, Asego selects in the fields of Andalusia, Aragon and Extremadura: Manzanillas from the Aljarafe (Seville), Gordales from Utrera and Verdiales from Almonte.
Eight days before the dressing
Before dressing them, it washes and de-salts its olives for eight days, a slow step few producers still take the time for.
Around 3 million kilos of olives a year, 70 to 80 % of them Manzanilla Fina.
