What data we collect
What you send us with the contact form: your name, the name of your company, the type of business, your email and, if you give them, your phone, your province or country, the product you are interested in and your message. Visits to the website are also counted anonymously, as explained below under “Visit statistics”.
Purpose and legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Nothing else: no newsletters, no advertising, nothing passed to other companies.
How long
As long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that comes from it, and then as long as the law requires.
Who receives the data
Only Hesstora. The form is sent by email through Hesstora’s web hosting and email providers, who act as data processors. No data is passed to third parties unless the law requires it.
What this website does not do
It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking tools. The fonts and the images are served from this website itself.
Visit statistics
To know how many people visit the website, where they come from and which pages they read, we use Umami, an open-source statistics tool running on services contracted by Hesstora, which works without cookies and without storing anything on your device. For each page viewed it records the page, the website or link you came from, the language, the type of device, the browser, the operating system and your approximate country, region and city, worked out from your IP address. Your IP address is not stored: it is only used, together with your browser’s details, to form an anonymous code that changes every month and lets us count visitors without knowing who you are. The visit is received through a hosting provider that may be outside the European Union; your IP address is only used at that moment. The data is kept on servers in the European Union for at most five years, to follow how the website develops, and the providers of these services act as data processors. The legal basis is Hesstora’s legitimate interest in knowing how its website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not want your visit counted, you can block this service in your browser, for example with a content blocker; and you can write to us with any question.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, its portability, or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the email address above or through the contact form. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
